Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to return the purchased products. Returns are free in Italy, San Marino and Città del Vaticano.

How to return a product

1. Download the return form here. Fill out the form and send it to customercare@pantamolle.it.

2. Customer Care will send you a confirmation email, return instructions and shipping waybill (the cost of shipping will be charged to you during the refund process). Otherwise, after notifying Customer Care, insert the filled form with the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging and send it yourself to:

The right of withdrawal is, however, subject to the following conditions: the items must be intact and in perfect condition, in the original packaging with all the labels and tags still attached. Returns will not be accepted if they are not in the same condition as when they were received. All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered.

All returns are under your responsibility until the package has been received by our warehouse. Please make sure that you have a shipping code and that you keep a copy of the shipping note.

It is important that your shipment is covered by adequate insurance in the event of loss. Francesco Sigalini will not in any way be held responsible for uninsured shipments.


The return will be processed within 14 working day of delivery to our warehouse.

All items will be refunded by the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, paypal) or by bank transfer (bank transfer or cash on delivery), net of any taxes or import duties, as promptly as possible and in any case, within 14 working days of delivery of the package to our warehouse.

If you have made the payment by bank transfer provide your bank details.


In the event, you receive the wrong product or a damaged product, please contact our Customer Care Service to request an authorisation code and a return form, enclosing a photo as proof.

The Customer Care service will send you a confirmation e-mail with instructions on how to proceed with the shipment and indications for the replacement or refund of the purchased article.
